Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1⁄2 onion, chopped
  • 3 basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Cut tomatoes in half. Cut cucumber (peeling optional) into slices and then into 1⁄4.

Add onion and basil.

Mix oil and vinegar and drizzle over salad. Add pepper to taste.
