These crispy kale chips are the perfect snack in between meals. Mix it up and try different seasonings each time. They’re so easy to make, delicious and the perfect alternative to potato chips that your family will love.
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup almonds, sliced
Seasoning of your choice (paprika, garlic powder, ground pepper, rosemary)
Heat oven to 275°.
In a medium bowl, toss kale leaves with olive oil, almonds, and seasoning. Lay mixture flat on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes (or until leaves are crispy), turning leaves halfway through.
